1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PouncePrice.com (“PouncePrice,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service. These terms are effective as of April 28, 2026.

2. Description of Service

PouncePrice is a free price tracking and comparison service for outdoor and hunting gear. We track product prices from third-party retailers, display price history charts, and notify users when prices drop to their specified target price.

PouncePrice is not a retailer. We do not sell products, process payments, or handle order fulfillment. All purchases are made directly through the retailer’s own website.

3. Affiliate Disclosure (FTC)

PouncePrice participates in affiliate advertising programs. When you click a retailer link on our site and make a purchase, PouncePrice may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate commissions are how we fund the free service.

Our current affiliate relationships are: KUIU via Pepperjam (Ascend by Partnerize), First Lite via Impact, and Sitka and Kifaru via AvantLink. This disclosure complies with the Federal Trade Commission’s guidelines on endorsements and testimonials (16 CFR Part 255).

4. Price Accuracy Disclaimer

Prices displayed on PouncePrice are updated periodically via automated scrapers and may not reflect real-time pricing. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice at the discretion of each retailer.

PouncePrice makes no warranty that prices shown are accurate, complete, or current. You should always verify the final price on the retailer’s website before completing a purchase. PouncePrice is not responsible for price discrepancies, out-of-stock items, or changes made by retailers after a price alert is triggered.

5. User Accounts

To set price alerts, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

We use magic link (passwordless) authentication. When you sign in, a one-time login link is sent to your email address. Do not share magic link emails with others, as doing so grants that person access to your account. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@pounceprice.com.

6. Price Alerts

Price alerts are best-effort notifications. PouncePrice does not guarantee the delivery or timing of alert emails. Email delivery depends on third-party services outside our control, including your email provider and our email delivery provider.

An alert fires once when a product’s price meets or falls below your specified target price. After an alert is triggered, you may set a new alert on the same product if you wish to be notified again.

7. Cash Back Program

PouncePrice plans to launch a cash back program that shares a portion of affiliate commissions with users who make qualifying purchases through our links. When this program becomes available, additional terms governing eligibility, disbursement schedules, and minimum payout thresholds will be published. Participation in the cash back program will require two-factor authentication (2FA) verification before registering a PayPal account for payouts.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use PouncePrice for any of the following purposes:

• Scraping, crawling, or harvesting data from PouncePrice at scale
• Using the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure
• Impersonating another user or creating accounts under false pretenses

9. Intellectual Property

The PouncePrice name, logo, and original site content are owned by PouncePrice. Price data displayed on the site is sourced from third-party retailers. Retailer names, product names, and product images are the property of their respective owners and are used for informational and comparison purposes only.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PouncePrice is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to missed deals, price changes after an alert fires, or failures in alert email delivery.

PouncePrice’s total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these terms or the service is limited to the greater of $0.00 (for free users) or the total amount paid by you to PouncePrice in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PouncePrice and its operators from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the service or your violation of these Terms of Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Wyoming.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be noted with a revised effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of PouncePrice after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
